Hello to all of our lovely listeners out there in Podcast land!
Thank you all so much for spending your precious time with us – whether it be via audio as ever it was, or on our new live YouTube show. We know it’s not always easy being an Albion Women’s team fan, but at least you can always come and celebrate/commiserate (delete as applicable) with the four of us every week!

Speaking of YouTube, the soft launch of hosting ‘Part 1’ of the SheGulls Podcast live has gone really well. So well in fact that we are going to record the entire podcast live every Monday @ 9pm (unless otherwise stated) and release the full audio later in the week as before. We are so grateful to all of you that have tuned in, and don’t be shy in the comments, we will get better at reading them out and working them in to the show as we continue.
Some sad news now as our producer Joe Sayers, who has been with us since our first ever episode, is handing the backstage baton over to yours truly. Joe will always be our friend and a friend of the show, but he is understandably stepping down from his role to concentrate on his own priorities – including his family and a new job! We are deeply indebted to him for the hours he spent listening to us waffle on and on about referees, the state of WSL pitches, and the fact we haven’t signed a striker. Joe had faith in us back when all we had was a name and wordpress blog. As such, we have decided that the SheGulls Podcast will continue to be ‘powered’ by Joe’s very own Albion Obsessed until we bring the curtain down on Episode 100. Go smash it Joe – you got this!

Now I’m no technophobe, but producing on the fly could present some teething problems, so please go easy on me! What I do hope is that it makes it easier for SheGulls to release content at regular, expected times each week. More news on that soon hopefully!
Much love and see you all soon,
Duncan
