It was an excellent game last night at the Broadfield Stadium as Brighton comfortably beat West Ham 3-1 in the Conti Cup.

I was one of the 845 fans in attendance, however due to booking the tickets rather late in the process, I was in the South Stand terraces instead of my usual cosy plastic seat in the West.

As such I will entrust the full match report to Richie Mills of the club here.
